29ROOMS COVID-19 SAFETY STANDARDS
We are so excited to welcome you back to 29Rooms in New York City. The safety and health of our employees and guests is our top priority and we will work with you to ensure that your time at 29Rooms is a safe, stress free celebration.
Based on guidance from health authorities, the CDC and government agencies alike, we have implemented health and safety measures for your visit to provide you with the safest experience possible.
As things are constantly evolving in NYC; we will monitor the situation closely and will socialize our full guidelines for attendees closer to the event. We are erring on the side of extreme caution in order for you to have peace of mind at the experience.
29ROOMS COVID-19 POLICY
Proof of full vaccination is mandatory for all attendees over the age of 12. No entry into the event without a vaccination card. Please read below for full entry protocol.
Full vaccination means 14 days must have passed from your second dose of the Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (or other COVID-19 vaccinations recognized by WHO) or your single Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. If you are not vaccinated, have questions about COVID-19 vaccines or would like to find a vaccination location near you, please visit www.vaccinefinder.org.
Anyone under the age of 12 must (A) provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of your time slot and (B) wear a mask within the event.
ENTRY PROTOCOL
- Bring a printed copy of your Vaccine Card, Vaccine Record, or New York State Excelsior Pass, which provides secure, digital proof of COVID-19 vaccination via a mobile device. Please have photo ID available when presenting your vaccine record for verification.
- Show your digital ticket
YOUR PART OF THE DEAL
We ask that you not attend if any of the following is true for you or anyone in your party:
- Within 14 days before attending the event you have tested positive, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19;
- Within 48 hours prior to attending the festival, you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention);
- Within 14 days prior to attending the event, you have travelled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.
WHAT ARE YOUR CLEANING PRACTICES?
- Our spaces will be deep cleaned before opening using official CDC recommended and EPA registered cleaning solutions to fight against the virus.
- Throughout the day, our team members are trained to disinfect all touch points.
- Between each session we are resanitizing the space.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY PRACTICES
- We are temperature checking everyone who enters into the space; staff & guests.
- Ongoing cleaning of all surfaces.
- Hand sanitizing stations by all touch points.
WHAT PPE IS REQUIRED?
Please look out for communication from us closer to the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If an event is canceled due to COVID, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I FEEL UNWELL CLOSER TO THE EVENT?
If you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID19 within 14 days of the date on your ticket; please reach out to us at hello29@vice.com, let us know your order number and specific ticket details and we’ll try to reschedule for a later date or issue a refund.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Tickets are $35 + taxes & fees per person.
CAN I BRING CHILDREN?
29Rooms is open to all ages, and children under 2 are free! However, this is not a G rated experience. Parental discretion is STRONGLY advised as many of the rooms feature mature content.

Yes 29Rooms is an inclusive & accessible experience.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS AND ARE THERE SPECIFIC TIME SLOTS?
We are open Thursday - Sunday, with a variety of session times each day. When you purchase your ticket you may choose the session time. See session days and times here.
HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?
Sessions last 2.5hours and are self guided. You’re welcome to walk through the experience at your own pace but be advised that all sessions will firmly end at their designated times.
WHAT CAN I BRING TO 29ROOMS?
No food or drinks please. You can bring small purses & cameras. All items are subject to search and all ticketed guests will be asked to move through security scanners.
