29Rooms Ticket Terms and Conditions:
29Rooms is owned by Refinery29, Inc. (“Refinery”) and operated by International Merchandising Company, LLC (“IMC”) (together with each of their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, including Endeavor, LLC (the “Organizers”). For the safety of visitors, Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of visitors to 29Rooms (together the “Event”). The Organizers shall also be entitled to remove anyone from the Event who is violating any law or any rule of the Event or Event venue, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who, in the reasonable opinion of the organizers, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance or who is in breach of any other policies put in place by the organizer (e.g. those relating to mobile phone or camera use).
Tickets are only valid for the date and session on your PDF ticket. (Please check your PDF ticket at time of purchase.) Sessions are for two hours, 30 minutes only.
Tickets can only be purchased online via Eventbrite or Ticketmaster for the Washington DC Event. Organizer can only guarantee the validity of your ticket if purchased directly from Eventbrite or Ticketmaster for the Washington DC Event. Any tickets purchased through third-party vendors cannot be verified or accommodated when issues arise.
Event is rain or shine.
Visitors will not be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket. Each ticket will be scanned and only good for ONE single-person entry. There is no re-entry.
Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or returned. To do so, or to alter or deface any ticket, will render it void.
If you can’t find your PDF ticket, please visit the tickets section of your Eventbrite account.
In the event that purchaser cannot use ticket, tickets are transferable (i.e. purchaser can give their ticket to a friend for use). Entry is based on ticket barcode (not name of purchaser).
Tickets are non-refundable. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check their ticket, as mistakes cannot always be rectified, and the Organizers shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. By submitting an order for tickets the ticket purchaser acknowledges and accepts that all details provided to the ticket issuer are correct and consent to the ticket issuer providing e-tickets immediately following processing of payment.
Tickets shall not be used as prizes in competitions or as free “give-aways” without the prior written consent of the Organizers.
Unless otherwise agreed, any material filmed or recorded at the event may only be used for the personal, non-profit making enjoyment of the ticket holder. The Event may be broadcast, recorded and publicized and you may be filmed as part of the audience. By your attendance, you are granting your permission to be recorded for commercial purposes and agree to the following: being filmed, videotaped or photographed by any means; full use of your name, likeness, voice and words by Endeavor, IMG, Refinery29 & 29Rooms and/or its parent companies, affiliates and partners, without compensation; specifically waiving all rights of privacy during the videotaping of filming and release the Organizers from liability for loss, damage, or compensation for the use of your name, likeness, voice and words; compliance with all rules and regulations of the Event.
Visitors agree to adhere to any policies relating to mobile phone and camera usage put in place by the Organizers and/or Event venue.
The Organizers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
Tickets are sold subject to our absolute right to alter or vary the Event without any obligation to make a refund. If the Event is cancelled in its entirety prior to its commencement then ticket holders (of all ticket types) may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price but no refund will be given in respect of any other expenditure whatsoever. Details of how to claim refunds, exchanges or future discounts will be provided by the Organizers on the day and /or on the event website.
Visitor voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. The holder voluntarily agrees that the facility, sponsors, participants, the Organizers and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, affiliates, employees and consultants (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are expressly released by the holder from any claims arising from such causes. Ticket purchasers’ statutory rights as consumers in connection with their purchase of tickets through the Website are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles that require another State’s law to apply. Any claim arising under this Agreement shall be prosecuted in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located within Los Angeles County, California. To the extent permitted in law, any cause of action a ticket holder may have with respect to their tickets must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that term and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
